PUBLICATION SCHEME
Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FoIA) requires the Commission to have a Publication Scheme.
We have adopted the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) Welsh Assembly Government Model Publication Scheme for AGSB. The Publication Scheme outlines the information that we commit ourselves to make readily available to you.
The purpose of the publication scheme is to set out:

the information we undertake to publish as a matter of course;

how this information will be published; and
-
whether the information is available free of charge or on payment.
