Please note that representations should be submitted in writing (by post or e-mail) by the date specified. In accordance with our policies on openness, we may publish the comments we receive. Normally, the name and address (or part of the address) of its author are published along with the response, as this gives credibility to the consultation exercise. From 1 July 1999 the functions of the Secretary of State for Wales (in relation to the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales) were transferred to The National Assembly for Wales and to the Welsh Assembly Government on 25 May 2007.
